Raagi Choco soft baked Cookies.
Health benefits of Raagi is numerous. Cookies made out of it is a sure hit among kids which adds to their health benefits. It definitely does not compromise on taste. It tastes just like a regular Chocolate cookie. Crispier out & Soft on the inside.
Regular cookies with maida can be store bought but these kind of healthy snacks need to be prepared at home with love!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Unsalted butter
1/3 cup Coconut sugar(I used very less, can increase upto 1/2 cup if you like more
Sugar in your cookie)
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup RaagiFinger millet flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat flour
1/3 cup Milk
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Few Dark chocolate chips
Few white Chocolate chips
Notes:
+ I prepared this recipe for toddlers so have made soft version of the cookies. Reduce milk and form a firm dough for harder cookies.
+ Adjust Sugar according to your taste. I prefer low Sugar for my kid.
+ Chocolate chips are a must for this recipe which gives a divine flavour to the cookies.
+ This recipe can be completely cooked with Wheat or Raagi Flour
+ Coconut oil can be replaced with Butter & Milk can be replaced with Almond milk for vegan cookies
