let’s make healthy nachos and a creamy dip in @nuvasaliving wooden collection!✨😅

For the Dip :-
🤍500gm dahi
🤍1no. chopped onion
🤍1/4cup bell pepper
🤍3-4pc chopped garlic
🤍Salt & Pepper to taste
🤍1no. lemon juice
🤍1tsp chilli oil
🤍handful chopped coriander
– Add dahi in a Hungcurd strainer or a muslin cloth, overnight.
– ⁠In a big bowl take hungcurd and all other ingredients mentioned.
– ⁠Give it a nice whisk.

For the Nachos :-
🫓4-5 leftover roti’s
🫓Oil
🫓Salt & Pepper
🫓Chilli flakes
– Brush oil in roti, cut it into nacho’s shape.
– ⁠Add in all the seasoning & toss it well.
– ⁠Airfryer at 170 degree for 15 minutes. After every 5 minutes, give it a nice toss.
– ⁠Serve it with the dip & Enjoy!😊
