Ingredients
Ripe Banana
Kiwi
Strawberries
Orange
Natural Lowfat Yoghurt
Brown Sugar
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Gelatin Powder
Honey Mint

1. To make the mousse: along with a ripe banana, add 200g of natural lowfat yoghurt, 30g of brown sugar and 30ml of freshly squeezed orange juice into a blender. Blend well.

2. To make the gelatin, add two tablespoons of room temperature water in a small bowl. Sprinkle one and a half teaspoons of gelatin powder over the water, and let it sit.

3. When the gelatin powder mixture has a sponge-like texture, melt it down with a few tablespoons of boiled water, and stir to ensure the mixture is dissolved. After this, add the mixture into the blender, and blend well.

4. Pour the mixture into a container of your own liking, and leave to set in the fridge. The mousse will take at least 2 hours to set.

5. To make the salsa: dice some kiwi fruit, strawberries and oranges up into cubes, and place in a bowl.

6. Stir in one teaspoon of honey.

7. When the mousse has set, serve together, and add mint to garnish.
