Recipe 📝:
Salad:
A bunch of kale
1/4 small red onion, finely diced chopped red onions
Handfull of roasted chickpeas (see my video for the recipe)
1/4 parmesan cheese (adjust to your liking)

Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp oregano
A squeeze of lemon juice
