Healthy Fat-Free Keto Pumpkin Pie | Only 120 calories per Slice!
This pumpkin pie has 3 times fewer calories than a regular one!
Ingredients for Batter
1 can pumpkin puree
1 can oat milk (or any other plant-based milk)
3 eggs
2 tbsp of pea protein powder
3 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp natural sweetener (Xylitol or Erythritol)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves)
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp salt
Ingredients for Cream
1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Direction: mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 8″ pie pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 min. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Top with low-fat cream.
