Looking for an easy and healthy dinner? Try this mushroom quiche made with lavash instead of dough! It’s light, creamy, and packed with flavor — perfect for weight loss or a balanced diet.
Ingredients:
• 300 g mushrooms
• 1 leek (or any onion)
• 2 lavash sheets
• 200 ml sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 50–70 g cheese
• 3 garlic cloves
• Salt & black pepper
Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
This recipe is around 140–160 kcal per 100 g and can fit perfectly into a healthy meal plan.
