Today I’m sharing an easy oat bread recipe made with blended oats, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and baking soda. This soft homemade loaf is nutritious, filling and perfect for breakfast, sandwiches or healthy snacks.

Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 35–45 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (about 200 ml)
2 cups oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
little oil
Method:
Blend oats into flour.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and salt.
Add oat flour and baking soda.
Stir into dough.
Place in loaf pan with baking paper.
Sprinkle oats on top.
Make a cut and brush lightly with oil.
Bake at 180°C for 35–45 min.
Cool before slicing.
