Ingredients:
• 2-12 oz. bags dark chocolate chips, melted
• ½ cup salted pretzels, roughly chopped
• ¼ cup dried cherries
• ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• ¼ cup unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
• Flaky Sea Salt

Directions:
• Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Melt chocolate in microwave. Cooking 30 seconds to 1 minute at a time. Stir in between.
• Pour 1/3 of melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet & use an offset spatula to spread into even layer, 1/8” thick.
• Evenly sprinkle with half of pretzels, cherries, coconut and pistachios.
• Pour over remaining dark chocolate & spread evenly to cover ingredients.
• Sprinkle remaining pretzels, cherries, coconut and pistachios over chocolate.
• Garnish with sea salt.
• Cool bark until set, 1 hour, then break into pieces. Store in re-sealable container until ready to eat.
