Step-by-step:

Philly Cheesesteak Bowls

Ingredients-
1 tbsp. olive oil
1lb. lean ground beef

1 bell pepper

1 small onion
1 package mushrooms
2 tsp. Worcstershire
¼ cup beef broth
~1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
Salt & pepper

Steps-
1. Dice vegetables

2. In a large sauté pan at medium heat, add oil, ground beef pepper, and onion
3. Season with salt and pepper; cook until beginning to brown
4. Add in mushrooms and cook until beef is browned fully

5. Add in Worcestershire and beef broth; simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens
6. Serve over white rice (cooked in beef broth) and top with shredded cheese

Chicken Pea Pasta Salad

Ingredients

4 servings pasta of choice

3 cups frozen or canned peas

3 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie or about two large chicken breast)
5 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper

Steps-
1. Cook pasta and peas according to package instructions
2. Chop chicken into bite size pizza

3. In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt and pepper
4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, peas, chicken and sauce and stir until well combined

5. Serve cold or heated
