Easy low cal high protein meal prep idea! This is an easy sheet plan dinner served with brown or jasmine rice. 490 cal 30g protein Ingredients: 3 cut up peppers, 6 italian chicken sausages (Im using trader joes) and 1/2-1 onion sliced Sauce: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt and pepper, and a heaping 1 tbsp of minced garlic! —Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes. (I broiled the last 2 mins) Serve over rice!
