Ingredients:
1 cucumber cut into slices
1/2 cup peeled and grated fresh coconut
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1-2 garlic pods
1 tsp chilli flakes or chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 lemon1 tsp honey
salt as per taste1-2 tbsp cold pressed sesame oil
serves: 1-2

Apple Cucumber Protein Salad
Ingredients:
1 cucumber medium size
1 apple or pear
1 tbsp cranberries (optional)
Handful of fresh coriander leaves
For Dressing:
50 gm low fat paneer
7-8 cashews
10-12 black raisins
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp watermelon seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp pasta seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
salt to taste
serves: 1-2

Raw Mango Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1/2 raw mango small
1/2 onion (optional)
handful of coriander leaves
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 lemon
1 green chili (optional)
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp roasted peanuts or nuts of your choice
for Dressing:
1/2 cup hung curd
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
serves 1-2
