Using my Solara Air Fryer Oven —
360° hot air circulation cooks everything evenly without oil ✨

Ingredients (Makes 6 samosas)
• 2 medium boiled potatoes
• 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 green chilli + ginger (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp aamchur
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander
• 6 rice paper sheets
• Oil spray (optional)

Method (Short & Reel-Friendly)
1. Dry roast coriander + fennel, crush coarsely
2. Sauté chilli, ginger, onion → add spices
3. Add boiled potatoes, mash + mix
4. Dip rice paper in water, fill & fold
5. Air fry in Solara Air Fryer
at 180°C for 10–12 mins (flip halfway)
