Hey everyone and welcome back finally for another food prep! I wanted to bring you a really cheap, affordable food prep to help save you money this year whilst also eating a delicious, wholesome, filling meal which is full of flavour, full of healthy foods and is sooooo tasty. This chilli con carne will help you lose weight as its a nice low fat low calorie meal.

Ingredients:
100g less than 5% mince meat
3-4 cans tinned tomato
x1 500g pasta
x2 packets chilli con carne powder
x1 kindney beans
x1 packet bacon
optional: herbs such as mixed herbs. garlic granuals or diced onion. cajun seasoning.
500g long grain easy cook rice
