Here is a video on low-calorie meals I normally eat in a day that helps me stay fit and sane!

I am a firm believer that in order to burn belly fat, its 80% diet and 20% exercise. We have stubborn belly fat because we don’t take the time to eat balanced meals. We don’t have to eat healthy 100% of the time, but when we don’t, we should be mindful of eating in portions and remember not to overeat.

Disclaimer: My dinner is not so healthy, but it keeps me sane and not overeat with too much healthy foods I put down my throat.
