1. Semiya/Vermicelli – 1 cup
2. Oil – 2+3 tsp
3. Salt – 1/2 tsp + as required
4. Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
5. Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
6. Chana Dal – 1/2 tsp
7. Red Chilli – 2 nos
8. Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
9. Ginger (Finely Chopped) – 1 tbsp
10. Green Chilli – 1 no
11. Onion/Shallots – 2 tbsp
12. Green Peas – 2 tbsp
13. Carrot – 2 tbsp
14. Beans – 2 tbsp
15. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
16. Lemon Juice – 1/2 tbsp
