Vegetable bread recipe
Dough:
375g (3cups) of Weizenmehl
6g (2 tsp) dry instant yeast
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
2.5g (1/2 tsp) of salt
1 large egg, beaten.
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
42g (3 tbsp) of softened butter

Vegetable filling:
Stir-fried vegetables of your choice, dry without the liquid (cooked and seasoned).
Scrambled egg from 2 eggs.

Toppings:
Shredded cheese + parsley
Egg to apply before baking
