This Week’s Meals:
– Andouille & Pepperoni Pizza
– Breakfast S.O.S.
– Blood Orange Chicken
– Copycat Crunchwraps & Fiesta Potatoes

Crunchwrap Video 👇🏻

Pizza Dough 👇🏻
– 2 C. flour
– 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
– 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
– 3/4 tsp. salt
– 2 Tbsp. olive oil
– 3/4 C. warm water.
*Combine dry ingredients.
*Add wet ingredients.
* Let rise 30 mins at room temp.

Marinara Sauce 👇🏻
– 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
– 2 Tbsp. butter
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 1 tsp each:
· seasoned salt
· onion powder
· basil
· oregano

Sausage Gravy 👇🏻
– 1/2 lb. regular pork sausage
– 2 Tbsp. flour
– 1 1/2 C. milk
– 1 tsp. ground sage
– 1 tsp. dried rosemary
– s&p to taste

Blood Orange Sauce👇🏻
– juice of 2 blood oranges
– 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
– 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
– 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 2 Tbsp. honey
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– 1 tsp. ground ginger
– 1 tsp. parsley flakes
– 1/2 C. chicken broth
– s&p to taste
