Prep Time: 10 minutes
Equipment Required: blender, measuring cups and spoons, glass, knife, cutting board
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup skim milk
• ½ ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
• ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 1.5 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter, such as almond, cashew, sunflower, etc.)
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Optional: ½ cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients to desired consistency and enjoy!
