Take 2 eggs in a bowl.
Add chopped green chilli, garlic, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and a few mint leaves.
Now add:
Salt as per taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Mix everything really well.
Heat a pan and add 2 spoons of ghee.
Pour the omelette mixture onto the pan and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes.
Flip the omelette carefully.
Now add a cheese slice for extra protein and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on top.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts perfectly.
Your homemade cheesy masala omelette is ready!
