100g low-fat paneer
100g skyr
1 tsp olive oil (brush lightly on pan)
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 capsicum sliced
1 small tomato chopped
Handful mushrooms (optional)

Spices
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Red chilli flakes
Oregano
Garlic powder
Roasted cumin powder

Instructions
– Lightly brush a pan with olive oil.
– Add onion, capsicum, tomato, corn and more veggies and low-fat paneer.
– Sprinkle all the spices and cook for 5–6 minutes until slightly roasted.
– Spread skyr evenly on a plate or bowl.
– Top it with the cooked veggies and paneer mix.
– Add extra chilli flakes or oregano if you want more flavor.
– Serve fresh and enjoy your low-calorie high-protein salad.
