These meals are so yummy believe me! You have to try them! They are super healthy and nutritious! Comment down below what your favorite recipes were.
-Peanut butter and banana yogurt with granola:
Take half a banana and mash it. Mix with a spoonful of peanut butter and put mixer in the micro wave for 15 seconds. Take 1 yogurt and mix with mixer. Ad your favorite granola and eat up!
-Israely Breakfast-
Salad- Chop up cucumber and tomato into squares. You can also add onion, carrots or bell peppers.
-Scrambled eggs- Take as many eggs you want and crack them in to a bowl. You can also add milk to the egg mixer. Add chopped up basil leaves and spinach. Spray some spray oil to a pan and scramble the eggs.
Add cottege cheese and some whole wheat bread to the plate and enjoy!
Overnight oatmeal-
Take 1/2 a cup of oatmeal and put into a jar/ tupperware. Take 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts and add to the mixer. Add 1/2 cup of any milk you would like (I use almond milk). Add 1/2 of a mashed banana and mix the mixer up. Put the jar/ tupperware in the fridge over night or at least a few ours. In the morning top with cinnamon, brown sugar (or any sweatner you like) and some fruit and have the best oatmeal of your life!
