Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you what I eat in a day with easy healthy meal ideas. This full day of eating showing you what I eat is full of healthy recipes and paleo recipes that taste delicious. In what I ate today you will see a little meal prep as well as healthy meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Paleo Porridge Recipe:

Chocolate Smoothie
– 1 scoop Four Sigmatic Superfood Protein
– heaping tbsp raw cacao
– 1 tbsp ground flax
– almond milk
– pink himalayan salt
– 1 tbsp almond butter

Sweet Potatoes baked at 400F for 25 minutes
Seasoned with garlic powder and salt.

Broccoli and lamb meatballs baked for 20 minutes

Lamb Meatballs
1 package ground lamb (about 450g)
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp za’atar seasoning
