INGREDIENTS
160g sourdough starter
230ml warm water
400g white flour
2/3 tbsp salt
Bake for 20 min at 450F

If you don’t have ready sourdough started this is the best tutorial to learn

TIP: when I make starter for next time I do total 300g
100g starter
100g water
100 flour (10g rye +90g white. You need rye flour to feed the starter. It is important!!!)

So when next time I bake bread I am using 160g for the new bread and 100g leaving for next time. This way I eliminated my waste to almost zero.
