Ingredients Mayonnaise

Full cream – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Vegetable Oil – 3/4 cup (150 ml)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns – 1/4 tsp (coarsely ground)
Mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
