Continental Veg Sandwich Recipe – Quick And Easy Snack
Ingredients :-

2 Tbsp shredded Red Capsicum,
2 Tbsp shredded Yellow Capsicum,
2 Tbsp shredded Green Capsicum,
2 Tbsp shredded Onion,
2 Tbsp shredded Cabbage,
2 Tbsp Cheese,
1 Tbsp Coriander,
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes,
1 tsp Oregano,
Salt to taste,
Pizza Sauce & Butter as required.

Procedure:-
Take shredded red, yellow & green capsicum, onion, cabbage in a bowl. Add cheese, coriander, chilli flakes, oregano & salt and mix all ingredients well. Apply pizza sauce on bread. Put the mixed vegetables on it & cover with another slice of bread. Apply butter on bread & grill for 2-3 minutes. For fast grilling always preheat your toaster for 5 minutes. After grilling sprinkle some cheese & coriander on top & serve.
