YOU CAN MAKE THIS RECIPE FOR BOTH BREAKFAST AS WELL AS FOR EVENING SNACKS!!
Kuzhi paniyaram Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
Amul Butter or Oil
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Corriander leaves- chopped
Green chilly-2 chopped
Salt-1 tsp
Onion- 1chopped
Dosa batter-3 cups

RECIPE/PROCEURE:
1)In a pan, add some butter,mustard seeds.After it starts popping, add onions and green chilly. Stir and fry for 2 mins and switch off the flame.
2)Lastly add corriander leaves to the pan and add the onion mixture and salt into the dosa batter as shown.
KUZHI PANIYARAM BATTER IS READY!!!
3)Now on a medium to high flame, brush some oil or butter in paniyaram maker pan and fill it with the batter mix and cook each side for 2 mins and flip it with th help of a bamboo or steel stick.
(CHECK IF IT IS FULLY COOKED BY POKING IN THE STICK, IF THE STICK COMES OUT CLEAN, ITS DONE)

KUZHI PANIYARAM IS READY TO EAT!!!
