Ingredients

For chilli paste

Red chill 7-10
Garlic 10
Anise 1tbspn

This paste is optional but by adding this it enhances the taste…

Ingredients

Chana dhal 1/2 cup
Toor dhal 1/2cup
Idly rice 1/2 cup
Urad dhal 1/2cup
Green gram 1/2 cup
White raw rice 1/2 cup
Soak in water for 3hours

Then grind coarsely chilli paste and grind the soaked grains (can be done in both mixi and grinder, in mixi do it in batches and mix well)

Then add onion,chilli, corriander, grated ginger, corriander leaf..

Then make it as dosa or paniyaram of your choice
