Prep Time – 15 mins | Cooking Time – 10 mins | Serves – 4

Ingredients :
Oats – 2 cup
Carrot – ½ cup chopped
Onions – ½ cup chopped
Broccoli – ½ cup chopped
Capsicum – ½ cup chopped
Potatoes – ½ cup chopped
Green chillies – 1 tsp
Roasted peanuts – 1/4th cup coarsely grinded
Cashewnuts – ¼ th cup
Carom seeds/ajwain- 1/4th tsp
Jeera – 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Haldi – 1/4th tsp
Sugar – 1/4th tsp
Garam masala – 1/4th tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Dry red chilli – 1
Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
