THE GROUPER IS A LITTLE MORE TENDER AND THEREFORE THE SLICES ARE A BIT THICKER AND CAN TEAR… WE WILL MAKE A SMALL SALAD; YOU COULD MAKE SOME LETTUCE WRAPS TOO. A HANDFUL OF BUTTER BIBB WITH THE GROUPER AND A DRIZZLE OF PISTACHIO OIL..PINCH OF PEPPER AND THIS IS IT! NO NEED FOR ANYTHING ELSE.
FOR A SNACK WITH MORE ENERGY, I PICKED AGAIN SOME SMOKED TUNA, WHOLE GRAIN CRACKERS, SOME LEAVES OF KALE AND 1/2 TABLESPOON OF CASHEWS; PEEL OF THE STEM OF THE CLEAN KALE AND CHOOSE YOU FAVORITE CRACKERS; HERE WE ADDED 6, AN OUNCE OF THE TUNA AND A BIT OF GINGER, PINCH OF PEPPER AND AS AN EXTRA Y ADDED A DRIZZLE OF OIIL (I USED A NEW SPRAY I FOUND OF TRUFFLE WICH IS ACTUALLY VERY TASTY AND AROMATIC.)
