Here is a video, in which I shared a recipe of a healthy recipe which is protein-rich and full of health
Try this for your kids tonight and serve them as often as possible in order to increase their heigh.
Recipe:-
Paneer – 100 gm
Spinach Leaves – 15-16
Lauki – 1/2
Potato (Boiled and mashed) – 1
Besan – 3 TBS
Salt, Red chilli powder – as per taste
Dhania powder – 1/2 tsp
Procedure: TO make koftas, Mix all the ingredients with spices in it and add gram flour also, Make balls and fry and take them out on tissue paper when they turned golden brown.
To make gravy:
Onion – 1 (Pureed)
Tomato – 1 (Pureed)
Malai – 2 TBS
Sabut Dhania – 1 tbs
Oil – 2 TBS
Water – as required
Procedure – Take oil in a pan, add coriander seeds and fry them, (avoid if you are feeding to babies less than 1 year), saute onion and tomato, add salt, red chili, and coriander powder as per taste.
Fry till the mixture starts leaving the sides.
Now add water as per the required consistency of gravy.
Serve with Koftas dipped in it.
