Veg. Noodles
Ingredients
Noodles 1cup
Vegetables thinly sliced 1cup
(Red/green/yellow capsicum,cabbage,carrot)
Garlic finely chopped 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Red chilly sauce 1tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2tsp
Oil 1tbsp+1tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Method:
-In a large bowl Boil 4cups of water and add tsp of oil and salt
-Once water starts boiling add noodles
-Cook till noodles are soft about 5-6mins
-Drain water and wash with cold water(it helps noodle to not stick together)
-Keep it aside
-In a large pan add 1tbsp of oil. Once oil is hot add finely chopped garlic
-Sauté for a minute till it turns light brown
-Now add vegetables (you can add any veggies of your choice)
-Close lid and cook till veggies are half done(do not over cook veggies.They should be crunchy)
-Once veggies cooked add soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,salt to taste,black pepper powder and mix everything properly
-Cook veggies in sauce for a minute and add boiled noodles
-mix and coat noodles well with sauce
-Finally add chopped spring/green onions
-Mix properly and turn off flame
-Enjoy yummy and tasty veg noodles
-It serves as great Snack/lunch/dinner recipe
