Weight loss is made easy with intermittent fasting, you can either go for dry fasting or water fasting. I prefer dry fasting as its easier for me. Apart from fast weight loss, fasting also helps to resolve insulin resistance, it helps to heal hypothyroid, PCOD / PCOS or any hormonal imbalances. It helps people with diabetes to handle the blood sugar level in a better way.
