HEALTHY MEXICAN SALAD/HEALTHY DIET SALAD

Quick and easy healthy salad recipe.

Mexican Salad serves as a healthy side dish with your daily meals.

It is really simple to make , so full of flavors and beautiful colors ,it makes the perfect lunch or dinner .It is suitable for any kind of diet .
This is suitable especially for diabetic,wt.loss and any diet persons.
This is a very healthy and nutritious salad for lunch or dinner !

Ingredients:

For Dressing:

extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp.
fresh coriander leaves -roughly chopped
finely minced garlic- 2 or 3 cloves
dried oregano – 2 tsp or pepper
lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
cumin powder – 3/4 tsp.
chili flakes – 1/4 tsp.

For Salad

Vegetables for salad
lettuce – 200 gm ( big bowl)
tomatoes – chopped (no. 2 or 3)
chickpeas( white kadala) or red kidney beans -1 cup boiled
avocado or cucumber — 1 big
Parsley or spring onion:

first make the dressing:

second to make the Salad

roughly chopped the vegetables.
mix all the ingredients and toss all the vegetables and salad dressing.
mix well all the ingredients.

The Delicious Mexican Salad is ready to be served.
