Water
Method :
1. Cut the litchi into small piece.
2. Add the cut litchi into the silicone mould.
3. Add the remaining litchi into the grinder and blend it using water into smooth paste
4. Strain the mixture
5. Add some agar agar powder to it and mix
6. Keep it on the gas and bring it to boil .
7. Now pour the mixture into silicone mould and let it set for 40-45min
8. Serve cold . Jelly is ready
