INGREDIENTS

• 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 200 Gms
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
• ½ Cup Cilantro Leaves
• 1 Green Chili
• ¼ Cup Mint Leaves
• Salt
• ½ Cup Yogurt
• ½ Tsp Oil
• 1 Small Onion
• ½ Tsp Sugar
DIRECTIONS
• Pierce the chicken breasts pieces for better marinate.
• In a small bowl, mix lime juice, cilantro, Ginger garlic paste, Green Chili, Mint Leaves & salt, and make a paste. Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or overnight to marinate
• By that time, in a small bowl, take yogurt, sugar, a bit of mint and cilantro leaves and mix it, for garnish or sides.
• Before baking or grilling, coat oil in chicken pieces and bake it at 180° c for 15- 20 mins. Keep rotating the pieces.
