Besan – ½ cup
Millet Flour- ½ cup( bajra )
Rice flour – ½ cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Oats – ¼ cup
Methi – ½ cup finely chopped
Onion – 1 medium sized chopped
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch grated
Til – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
jeera – 1 tsp
Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 + ½ tsp
Rosted peanut – 2 tbsp
Oil as required
