INGREDIENTS
* 1 lb lean ground chicken
* 1 egg
* 0.2 cup whole wheat flour
* 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
* 2 oz Parmesan cheese
* 6 cups romaine lettuce
* 2 tbsp fat free Caesar dressing https://amzn.to/4ey2q5j

Spices uch as garlic, oregano, chives, dried onion. etc
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 and mix your chicken with spices of choice.
2. Flour a large sheet of parchment paper and start flattening chicken using the flour to prevent sticking.
3. Brush with an egg wash, and add half the breadcrumbs, and some parmesan if desired.
4. Remove the extra flour and add more parchment on top followed by a baking tray, then flip the schnitzel.
5. Repeat the process for the other side, followed by a light spray of olive oil before placing in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy
6. Make your salad by mixing lettuce, dressing and more parm
7. Let your bread cool to touch until assembling!
