How to make Banana Stem Soup Recipe:
Method:
1. Ccut the banana stem into small pieces and soak them in curd water or butter milk, so that they dont change color.
2. To a pan add 2 cups of water, chopped banana stem, shallots, curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt. Let this boil for 10 mins.
3. Then mix the corn flour in water and add it.
4. When the soup starts to thicken up, saute the chilli powder in oil and ad it directly to the soup.
5. Now your delicous banana stem soup is ready. So off the flame.

Banana Stem: 1 Piece
Curd: 2 Tsp
Shallots: 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves: Few
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour: 2 Tbsp
Water: 1/2 Cup
