Chicken bread roll recipe is very easy. It is fit for lunch and snacks time.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Capsicum
Spring onions (leafy portion)
Black pepper
Red chili powder
Salt
Cheese (optional)
Bread
FOR COATING:
egg
Bread crumbs (add pinch of black pepper and salt)
METHOD:
Boil the chicken and shreded add chopped spring onions, capsicum , cheese and all spices.
Take a bread slice and cut the crust portion then sheet the slice when it becomes thin put the batter inside and close the pocket with the help of slurry(flour and water).
COATING:
Dip the bread roll in egg than coated with breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil. You can freeze the coated bread rolls in freezer for next time.
