• 1 boiled carrot
• 2 brussel sprouts
• 1 boil potato
• 6 green beans
• 1 green chili
• 1/2 inch ginger
• 1 garlic clove
• few curry leaves
• 1 tbsp chopped mint
• 1 1/2 chopped cilantro
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp aamchur powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp caram seeds/ajwain seeds
