The video starts off with the pastries from Olsen’s Danish Bakery in Solvang that we had for breakfast. Then off to the garden! It’s a holiday and the weather outside is calling for us to garden. We sowed some seeds, planted some seedlings and watered the garden.
At dinnertime, I harvested some bok choy, spinach and green onions which I added on to the Filipino-style chicken soup we call “tinola.”
