My version of tuna salad is packed with delicious veggies. It is great on a sandwich, scoop on top of a salad or it can be enjoyed on its own. It’s simple and makes a good lunch or enjoyed as a light dinner. With the inclusion of the yogurt, it makes this tuna salad light and healthy. INGREDIENTS:
3 cans of 5.4 oz Tuna
1/4 -1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks of celery ( if u have a big stalk of celery, plz feel free to use one stalk)
1 shallot or 1/4 cup onion diced
2 radishes diced (optional)
3 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
