Healthy Chicken Recipe for Weight Loss! All you need are 2 ingredients, Chicken and Salsa, and requires NO cooking except using a Crock Pot! This is a perfect recipe if you need to put this in the Crock Pot the night before to be ready the next day or in the morning to be ready in just a few hours. You can easily make this into a meal prep for the week if you are dieting and needing an exciting weight loss recipe. This healthy chicken recipe is not only Gluten-Free, but Vegan as well!

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs of (organic) chicken breasts (you can use chicken thighs too)
– 2 (16 oz.) jars of salsa (you can use red or green salsa)
– 2 broccoli stalks (or you can use any green vegetables)
– Rice (you can use white or brown rice)
– Diced white onions (optional as garnish)
– Cilantro (optional as garnish)
– Sliced Serrano Chile (optional as garnish)

Instructions:
1) Clean the chicken and trim any excess fat before putting in the Crock Pot.
2) Add the salsa in the the Crock Pot.
3) Cook HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours (I did 7 hours).
4) Steam or roast broccoli to add on the side, as well as cooked rice.
5) Ready to serve!
