WHAT A NUTRITIONIST EATS FROM THE CONVENIENCE STORES IN KOREA
Korea embraces convenience culture in a big way.
Convenience stores are everywhere and they’re open 24 hours here. It’s not uncommon for people to stop in regularly for meals and snacks–and the options are much better quality and variety than what we are used to getting at convenience stores in the US and Canada.
It’s very easy to make the delicious and not-so-healthy choices at these places… like ramen, ice cream, fried chicken, chips, soda, etc… but there are some better options and in today’s video I show you some of them.
Hope you enjoy!
