Ingredients:
400 gr of pork
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 whote onion
3 garlic cloves
1 carrot
5 medium potatoes
3 tbsp of tomato passata
1 bay leaf
Chilli flakes, pepper, salt, dry thyme to taste.
