In this video you will see how to create three easy meals. Starting from Breakfast and ending your day with full Dinner.
-For BREAKFAST we are having two poached eggs with sauted spinach and mushrooms.
-For Lunch we are having Veggie Grilled Cheese. (Veggies: Spinach, Bell Pepers & Tomatoes) And of Course CHEESE.
-For Dinner we are having Steak with mixture of red potatoes, blackbeans and green beans as well as spinach.
