Moong Dal Chilla is a very popular food among every age group. You can make it healthy by adding your favorite veggies like cabbage, carrot, onions, capsicum, peas, broccoli. It is very helpful in losing weight also fills you up with fiber. Moong dal chilla is very easy to make & healthy to eat. So let’s move on to the recipe details.
Ingredients for Moong Dal Chilla:-
1 bowl Moong dal (soaked overnight)
1 bowl Cauliflower (Grated)
1 bowl Capsicum (Chopped)
1 bowl Carrot (Chopped)
1 bowl onions (Chopped)
Salt according to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp garlic paste
Cumin Powder
Method For Making Moong Dal Chilla:
First of all, Soak moong dal for 7 to 8 hours.
After soaking for 7 to 8 hours or overnight grind it to make a smooth paste.
Not add the veggies of your choice to make it healthier & tastier.
Add salt & black pepper according to your taste.
Sprinkle some cumin seeds powder.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat a pan put some oil.
Slowly add the batter on a pan give a good shape.
Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Flip to the other side add some more oil on its corners to make chilla crispier.
Your chilla is ready to eat team up with some curd & you are good to go.
Most Importantly, always make chillas fresh at the time of eating otherwise it may soggy in taste.
