Gathered all the following ingredients. I will not mention the certain amount on every ingredients because you can estimate them. Its up to you to decide how much you need on each ingredients because it is all depend on how many people will eat and then, just figure out the amount on all of the ingredients. Starts with cutting all of them in small pieces. Note: make sure you wash all of them before cutting. Here are the ingredients: dandelion, kale, spinach, carrot, red cabbage, spring onion, parsley, tomato, cucumber, red radish-small, mint leaves, lettuce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic- minced. After cutting, mixed them all together. Before serving them in a bowl put on top avocado, pumpkin seed, walnuts(optional). And ready to serve. I hope you enjoy the healthy salad taste.
