In this video I am making overnight oats in 5 ways. They are easy to make and they make your mornings so much easier! Leave it in the fridge for 6 hours to overnight and the next day you can top it with your favourite fruits. They also work perfect to sneak in some vegetables or fruits to your kids 😉 Enjoy!

Ingredients
Orange:
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan)
– 1 carrot
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup milk

Green:
– 1/2 banana
– 2 tsp matcha powder
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup milk

Red:
– 1/2 cup strawberries
– 1/2 cup raspberries
– 1 tbs chia seeds
– 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup milk

Purple:
– 1/2 cup blackberries
– 1/2 orange zest
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup milk

Brown:
– 1/2 banana
– 2 tsp dark chocolate powder
– 1 1/2 tbs almond butter
– 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup milk
