1 bunch green garlic/5-6 cloves garlic
15 Almonds blanched (soak in hot water for 30 minutes and remove skin)
1 tsp butter
1 tsp garlic crushed
1 tsp whole-wheat flour
1 cup milk (if soup is thick add half more cup)
3 cups water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
10-15 leaves of spinach
